    Can be spent using email, phone, onsite, twitter- HR Advice. Consumed in periods of 15 minutes, balance carried over.

    Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

    Non Transferable.

    Can be redeemed during normal working hours (9am- 5pm, Monday- Friday), excluding bank holidays.

    Acknowledgement time - 2 working days.

    For onsite visits, 2 weeks notice is required.

    ​Our Managed Service Contracts include a 3 month notice period.

    Ordering of this HR by hr® Service online, constitutes acceptance of the Catherine Kane Associates Master Services Agreement (available from the Footer of the website) and the individual Product and Services description for the HR by hr® Service, outlined above.
